Online programming with DJ starts with a 30 minutes Skype consultation to help determine your goals, lifestyle, and general limitations. Following the consultations, you will be put through an individualized testing phase to help determine your exact needs moving forward. Following the testing phase, you will have full access to DJ and also be required to send him daily feedback via email/blog site where you will record scores, questions, videos, and comments from the day of training. Your workouts will be emailed over to you weekly or every two weeks. Online clients are also encouraged to come to Mi5 Fitness & CrossFit Lakeville to get some in-person training whenever is convenient.
